### August - December 2025

#### Aug-Sep 2025: Foundation Phase ✅

**What we're shipping:**

* Core bonding curve mechanism
* Private beta launch (selected users only)
* Yapp Score oracle (live and pulling real data)
* KOL onboarding system (testing with select influencers)

**Key Learning:** Active participation > follower count. This changed our entire approach.

**Opening the gates:**

* **Public beta access** - Anyone can try (expect bugs)
* **First test launches** - 3-5 curated projects go live
* **Basic dashboard** - See your Yapp Score and activity
* **Community feedback loops** - Help us not suck

**Getting serious:**

* **Mainnet soft launch** - Limited projects, real money
* **Security audits** - Making sure nothing breaks
* **Stress testing** - Can we handle the load?
* **KOL council formed** - Top scorers help guide platform

#### October-Dec 2025: Reputation Layer

**Building trust on-chain:**

* **API v1** - Builders can build
* **First 100 projects** - Let's see what happens
* **Reputation Dashboard v0.1** - Public site showing:
  * On-chain KOL participation history
  * Project outcomes and success rates
  * Yapp Score rankings
  * Who's actually good at this

**KOL Tools Launch:**

* **Personal dashboards** - Track your influence impact
* **Analytics suite** - See how your picks perform
* **Allocation optimizer** - Maximize your opportunities
